A cossettes scalder consists of cylindrical housing, drive, pipe arbor installed inside the housing with blades installed along the helical curve. From charging side the blades have prismatic shape and connected among themselves with metallic bands curved in helix, and form heat-exchange part of scalder, and from the discharging partthe blades have triangular form and form mixing part of the scalder. The ends of blades of mixing part are connected in couples with metallic bands curved in helix. |
