DEVICE FOR MOUNTING PRE-FABRICATED ELEMENTS OF TUNNEL LINING

A device for mounting pre-fabricated elements of tunnel lining includes two manipulators installed on a slide by means of rotary shafts, each of those includes two sections arranged as a crank and a con-rod that are connected to each other with possibility of motion, this provides possibility of turn and fixation of those in given position by means of one of chosen drives. At that on the free end of each con-rod a holder for the elements of pre-fabricated equipment is fixed. The rotary hafts of the manipulators are placed symmetrically at two sides of the vertical axis of the slide, and manipulators arranged identically to each other are installed on the slide with possibility of placement of one to the other one when both are in the upper position with respect to the rotary shafts. Connection in one working cycle of placement of manipulators and the thrust element provides possibility to obtain needed continuous covering of the tunnel irrespectively of its diameter and other parametric characteristics, and due to that it realizes continuous process, efficiency of works and decrease of cost.
