Provided is an organic light emitting display device which includes a substrate, a display unit formed on the substrate, and an encapsulating layer formed on the display unit. The encapsulating layer includes: a bottom layer which is formed on the display unit; at least one pattern layer which is formed on the bottom layer; and a top layer which is formed on the pattern layer. The bottom layer includes at least one between an inorganic layer and an organic layer. The pattern layer includes an uneven pattern with a plurality of protrusion parts separately formed on the bottom layer, and a filling layer which is arranged on the uneven pattern. The top layer includes at least one between the inorganic layer and the organic layer.
