PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive capable of providing an adhesive layer that has satisfactory bonding performance and low dielectric constant.SOLUTION: An adhesive contains a (meth)acrylic polymer which is obtained by polymerizing a monomer component that contains 19-99.5 wt.% of an alkyl (meth)acrylate that has a branched alkyl group with 10-24 carbon atoms at an end of an ester group.
