COLORABLE BINDER COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colorable binder composition which does not spoil workability even when production of mixture or compaction upon the actual construction is carried out at a low temperature and retains the strength (durability to rutting: DS value) required for colored pavement.SOLUTION: The colorable binder composition comprises: a petroleum-based solvent extracted oil; a petroleum resin; 4-8 mass% of a hydrogenated thermoplastic elastomer in which a first hydrogenated thermoplastic elastomer having a 10%-toluene solution viscosity at 25°C in the range of 1000-2500 mPa*s and a second hydrogenated thermoplastic elastomer having a 10%-toluene solution viscosity at 25°C in the range of 5-50 mPa*s are mixed; and 0.3-2 mass% of an anti-stripping agent, where a content of the first hydrogenated thermoplastic elastomer in the whole hydrogenated thermoplastic elastomer is 34-49 mass%.
