The extractor hood (1) has a chimney (10) and an odor filter (12), where a ventilating slot (130,140) is provided in a chimney surface of the chimney. The chimney surface is arranged in offset to the inside to a chimney plate (101) of the chimney. The chimney plate forms a part of an outer side of the chimney. The ventilating slot is provided in a ventilating plate (14) that is arranged above the chimney plate in a parallel manner. The ventilating slot is provided in an inner frame (13) which is provided inclined to inside at upper end of the chimney plate.
