The frame (1) has a set of feet (8-11), a circumferential side cladding (40), and an upper fastening flange (6) that is arranged at an upper edge of the side cladding. A lower fastening flange (7) is arranged at a lower edge of the side cladding. The side cladding is arranged with a set of planar plate elements (2-5). A set of structural elements such as load cells, is arranged in the frame, where one of the set of structural elements is fixed to the upper fastening flange by releasable welding. An integrated clamping device is arranged in the structural element.
