An automated apparatus for magnetotherapy comprises the partitioned solenoid with each section connected to the power supply via the distribution unit, the control unit and the unit for controlling the state of the patient. The partitioned solenoid is designed as a pressure suit. The control unit is designed as a programmable multifunctional unit for the generation of the signals correcting the parameters of the magnetic field according to the state of the patient independently of the pulse or synchronous with the pulse. The apparatus contains also the comparator connected to the control unit and the unit of the sensors controlling the state of the patient. Its output is connected to the indicator unit. The unit of the sensors controlling the state of the patient is connected to the current sensor and Hall sensors located on the surface of solenoid sections contacting the body of the patient and connected to the indicator unit.
