The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a TiO_2 nanotube comprising: a step of manufacturing TiO_2 nanotube particles by heat-treating TiO_2 powders in an alkali solution; a step of washing the TiO_2 nanotube particles; a step of drying the TiO_2 nanotube particles; and a step of heat-treating the TiO_2 nanotube particles in an organic solvent, to a TiO_2 nanotube manufactured thereby and to a dye-sensitized solar cell including the same.
