<p>The present invention relates to a method for making red ginseng latte, wherein the latte is easy to drink and has good texture and improved functionality of ginsenoside, Rg1, Rb1, and Rg3 included in red ginseng. The method for making the red ginseng latte comprises the steps of: preparing fresh ginseng which is the raw material of the red ginseng latte; mixing a red ginseng latte composition described in any one among claims 1 to 5; sieving the red ginseng latte composition mixed through the previous steps; and packaging the red ginseng latte composition sieved through the previous steps in tea bags.</p> |
