PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dye-sensitized tandem solar cell which allows for a larger output.SOLUTION: On the basis of the new knowledge that a larger short circuit current can be obtained when forming the dye-sensitized titanium dioxide electromotive bodies, arranged on the light incident side of a dye-sensitized tandem solar cell, while dividing as compared with a case for forming them integrally on the whole light incident surface, the dye-sensitized titanium dioxide electromotive bodies are arranged on the light incident surface while being divided. A dye-sensitized tandem solar cell in which the dye-sensitized titanium dioxide electromotive bodies, arranged on the light incident side, are formed on the light incident surface while being divided can produce a larger short circuit current as compared with a case where the dye-sensitized titanium dioxide electromotive bodies are formed on the whole light incident surface. |
