PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure isolation between feeding probes being inserted into a waveguide.SOLUTION: A first feeding probe 41i1, a second feeding probe 42i1, a first feeding probe 41i2, and a second feeding probe 42i2 are inserted, in this order, into a waveguide 20. The interval between the first feeding probe 41i1 and the second feeding probe 42i1, and the interval between the first feeding probe 41i2 and the second feeding probe 42i2 are about 1/4 of the guide wavelength λg. The first feeding probe 41i1 is connected with an I/O port 30i1, and the second feeding probe 42i1 is connected with the I/O port 30i1 via a 90° phase delay circuit 300. The first feeding probe 41i2 is connected with an I/O port 30i2, and the second feeding probe 42i1 is connected with an I/O port 30i2 via the 90° phase delay circuit 300. |
