PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delay circuit element which allows for manufacturing of a delay circuit device in which the delay time can be adjusted easily, and to provide such a delay circuit device.SOLUTION: A delay circuit element 9 includes an insulating substrate 1 having a first principal surface 11 and a second principal surface 12 on the opposite side of the first principal surface 11, a plurality of through conductors 2 provided to penetrate from the first principal surface 11 to the second principal surface 12, and a delay circuit 3 provided to connect any one pair of through conductors 2 out of the plurality of through conductors 2. In the plan view, the plurality of through conductors 2 are located at the ends of a plurality of virtual arcs where the central angle and the radius are the same, respectively, with each other. |
