PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper which can optimize valve properties.SOLUTION: A damping force generation mechanism of a damper comprises a disk support part 60 which is protruded between an intermediate sheet 58 and an inside sheet 57, whose tip height position in the protrusion direction is higher than the inside sheet 57, and lower than the intermediate sheet 58, and which is continuously or discontinuously arranged in an annular shape. In a first disk 75, a first bending part 111 which protrusively bends to the side of a valve body 33 is formed between the inside sheet 57 and the disk support part 60 in a state that the first disk 75 is pressed against the inside sheet 57 and placed on the outside sheet 59, the intermediate sheet 58 and the disk support part 60, and a second bending part 112 which protrusively bends to a side separated from the valve body 33 is formed between the disk support part 60 and the outside sheet 59. |
