PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base material for a sheet-like pack superior to conventional base materials for sheet-like packs, and a sheet-like pack superior to conventional sheet-like packs, using the base material for the sheet-like packs according to this invention.SOLUTION: The base material for sheet-like pack 1 comprises an upper nano fiber layer 2 consisting of a nonwoven nano-fabric, a lower nano fiber layer 4 consisting of a nonwoven nano-fabric, and a capsule 6 filled with cosmetics or a drug solution, the upper nano fiber layer 2 and the lower nano fiber layer 4 being laminated, and the capsule 6 being positioned between the upper nano fiber layer 2 and the lower nano fiber layer 4. |
