PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cryogen supply apparatus capable of safely performing addition of cryogen to a cryogen tank and replacement of the cryogen tank during operation of an NMR apparatus.SOLUTION: A cryogen supply apparatus 5 supplies cryogen LN1 to a probe 3. The probe 3 includes: a signal detection part 31 for detecting an electric signal generated by nuclear magnetic resonance from an object to be measured which is mounted on a nuclear magnetic resonance apparatus; and a cooling part 33 for cooling the signal detection part 31 by a liquid reservoir 330 composed of a liquid phase part 331 and a gas phase part 332. The cryogen supply apparatus 5 includes: a cryogen tank 51 for storing the cryogen LN1 to be supplied to the liquid reservoir 330; a cryogen supply line L11 for supplying the cryogen LN1 from the cryogen tank 51 to the liquid phase part 331 of the liquid reservoir 330; a cryogen discharge line L12 for discharging vaporized cryogen LN2 from the gas phase part 332 of the liquid reservoir 330 to the external; and a cryogen discharge pump 52 arranged on the cryogen discharge line L12 and discharging the vaporized cryogen LN2 from the gas phase part 332 of the liquid reservoir 330 to the external. |
