PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently create an electric current model of a chip power supply reproducing frequency modulation.SOLUTION: An electric current model creation method includes computer execute procedures of: processing power supply electric current data in a chip by adjusting a timing of generation of a current wave form of a power supply noise model for each cycle using frequency modulation data stored in a storage part; and outputting the power supply electric current data in a chip including modulated power supply electric current data obtained by the processing as an electric current model to the storage part. |
