PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring board that can prevent electrical short-circuit between a signal wire and a power supply conductor or between different power supply conductors, at a clearance portion.SOLUTION: A wiring board is configured to comprise: a lower power supply conductor P formed on a lower insulating layer 1 or a lower insulating layer 2, and to which a plurality of rectangle gas discharge openings A whose one side length is 100-300 μm are formed at an array pitch of 300-1,000 μm in a grid-like fashion; an upper insulating layer 2 laminated so as to cover the lower power supply conductor P on the lower insulating layer; and a circular upper via land 9 having a diameter of 80-150 μm and an upper power supply conductor P arranged so as to surround the circumference of the via land 9 via a clearance C having a width of 30-100 μm, formed on the upper insulating layer by a semi-additive method. The lower opening A and the upper clearance C are arranged so as not to be vertically opposed to each other. |
