摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail corrective grinding method and a rail corrective grinding system performing advanced corrective grinding of a section, where a bifurcation, railroad-crossing, or guard rail which is difficult to be correctively ground by a corrective grinding vehicle is installed, by a corrective grinding vehicle such that a failure to grind is not present as much as possible.SOLUTION: A rail corrective grinding vehicle is equipped with: at least a control device for controlling descent and ascent of a corrective grindstone; and a remote device having a changeover device which can select a controllable mode of the control device from inside or outside of the rail corrective grinding vehicle and capable of controlling at least descent and ascent of the corrective grindstone. In a rail corrective grinding method: when the controllable mode of the control device is selected by the changeover device from outside of the rail corrective grinding vehicle and a descent signal of the corrective grindstone is inputted to the remote device, the corrective grindstone of the rail corrective grinding vehicle descends to start rail corrective grinding; and when an ascent signal of the corrective grindstone is inputted to the remote device, the corrective grindstone of the rail corrective grinding vehicle ascends to stop the rail corrective grinding.
