PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radial piston type hydraulic machine that can reduce wear of machine elements for converting a motion mode between the reciprocation of pistons and its own rotation, and a wind power generation device.SOLUTION: A radial piston type hydraulic machine comprises: N pistons arranged along radial directions of the hydraulic machine; and a cylinder block 26 provided with N cylinders for guiding the N pistons respectively so as to allow reciprocation along the radial directions. In the cylinder block, the N cylinders (where N=m×n) are located in accordance with an arrangement in which, with respect to a virtual arrangement in which n virtual cylinder banks (where n is an integer equal to or more than 1) each formed by m virtual cylinders (where m is an integer equal to or more than 2) arranged in the circumferential direction of the hydraulic machine are provided in the axial direction of the hydraulic machine, at least one of the m virtual cylinders each belonging to at least one of the virtual cylinder banks is shifted in the axial direction. |
