PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic machine in which a heavy cylinder block can be downsized by improving the layout of oil passages and valves, and a wind power generation device including the same.SOLUTION: A radial piston type hydraulic machine 20 comprises: a plurality of cylinder sleeves 40 including a plurality of pistons 22 and a plurality of cylinders 24 respectively; a cylinder block 26 including a cylinder block body 50; and a plurality of valves 60 for switching the state of supply or discharge of hydraulic oil to or from a plurality of hydraulic chambers 25 respectively. The cylinder block body includes at least one oil passage 30 provided in the cylinder block body and communicating with each hydraulic chamber via each valve.
