PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for promoting value exchange transaction involving a large number of interested parties.SOLUTION: A system may comprises: a synchronous server for exchanging a detail of a transaction with a client device; a communication server for registering a new user; a financial server for interacting with an external financial institution; and a security server for ensuring security of the value exchange transaction. In one method, a first interested party starts the transaction on the client device (for example, a mobile computer machine) by selecting or inputting an identifier (for example, a pre-existing telephone number etc.) and an exchanged value of another interested party. The transaction may be carried out while the client device of the interested party is connected electronically or may be carried out by one user on one device.
