<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase shifting mask that can reduce optical proximity.SOLUTION: A touch panel 10 comprises: a transparent substrate 12; a capacitive touch device 20 laminated on the transparent substrate 12; an interfacial structure 50 laminated on the capacitive touch device 20; and a display device 40 laminated on the interfacial structure 50. The capacitive touch device 20 includes a large number of first detection blocks laminated on the transparent substrate 12, a dielectric layer with which the first detection blocks are covered, a large number of second detection blocks laminated on the dielectric layer, a large number of first wires laminated on the transparent substrate 12, and a large number of second wires laminated on the dielectric layer. It is desirable that a first conductive pattern and a second conductive pattern are combined, each first wire is connected to the first detection blocks in the same vertical arrangement, and each second wire is connected to the second detection blocks in the same horizontal arrangement.</p> |
