PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management server and an information provision system which alter information provided to a portable terminal according to the number of reading.SOLUTION: A management server 3 of an information provision system 100 comprises: a distribution information connection destination table 31 which stores a distribution information connection destination associated with the number of reading a tag ID 11 of an IC tag 10; an ID storage unit 32 which stores the number of reading the tag ID 11 associated with a terminal ID; an ID reception unit 36 which receives a tag ID 11 and a terminal ID 23 from a portable terminal 2; and an information connection destination transmission unit 37 which reflects the received terminal ID 23 and tag ID 11 in the ID storage unit 32, refers to the distribution information connection destination table 31 to transmit a distribution information connection destination corresponding to the number of reading the tag ID 11 reflected to the portable terminal 2.
