PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism capable of achieving change of operation authority of a plurality of portable terminals, which can be used as input device, to an operation object apparatus with a simple procedure.SOLUTION: An input system is configured by an information processing apparatus and a plurality of input apparatuses connectable to the information processing apparatus as an input device having an operation authority for the information processing apparatus. The input system includes: connection request receiving means for receiving a connection request with the input apparatus as the input device; input device change means for changing the connection as the input device to a second input apparatus which is requested for connection from a first input apparatus connected when the connection request was received; and connection request means for performing connection request to the information processing apparatus as the input device.
