<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system which enables easy address book management, an image processing apparatus, and a program.SOLUTION: An information processing system comprises: a search unit which searches an address book including at least one piece of address data by use of a search condition; a client communication unit which transmits the at least one search condition, the number of received data which indicates the number of address data to be received, and a selection rule which indicates a rule for selecting the search condition, to the search unit; a generation unit which selects a search result using the search condition on the basis of the selection rule, to generate a partial address book including address data not exceeding the number of received data; a server communication unit which transmits the partial address book to the client communication unit; and a storage unit which stores the partial address book.</p> |
