PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device with a touch panel capable of reducing display failure of the liquid crystal display panel caused from a stress generated on the boundary between optical elastic resin (transparent resin layer) and the liquid crystal display panel and preventing an adhesive material from being extruded while the touch panel is attached to the liquid crystal display panel.SOLUTION: A liquid crystal display device 1000 with a touch panel includes: a liquid crystal display panel 1200; and a touch panel 1100 provided to cover a display plane 1201 of the liquid crystal display panel 1200. The liquid crystal display panel 1200 and the touch panel 1100 are bonded to each other being interposed by a transparent resin layer 1400. The transparent resin layer 1400 has a frame 1410 having a predetermined modulus of elasticity formed in a shape of periphery frame of the transparent resin layer 1400.
