PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven fabric-impregnated cosmetic being excellent in cosmetic formulation stability in a nonwoven fabric-impregnated form, having good impregnation property in a nonwoven fabric, not-giving negative squeaky feeling/sticky feeling/smell, giving use feeling like enhanced moist feeling, and not-giving uncomfortable feeling like restless feeling/tingling feeling and smell when applied.SOLUTION: A nonwoven fabric-impregnated cosmetic is obtained by impregnating a nonwoven fabric with an emulsion composition, where the emulsion composition contains (A) a 2,2'- biphenyl compound, (B) a propylene glycol fatty acid ester and (C) 10 mass% or more and 30 mass% or less of a dihydric alcohol in the emulsion composition, where the emulsion composition has a viscosity of a 1000 mpa s or more and 4500 mpa s or less (30°C). |
