This composition has the belowmentioned (a) to (c): (a) an organic compound having a hydroxyl group; (b) a first cross-linking agent that is at least one organic silicon compound selected from the group consisting of (b-1) an organic silicon compound having at least three cyclic ether groups in the molecule and containing one siloxane bond in the molecule, (b-2) a chain-shaped organic silicon compound having at least two cyclic ether groups in the molecule and containing at least two siloxane bonds in the molecule, (b-3) a cyclic organic silicon compound containing a D unit in the molecule and having at least four cyclic ether groups bonded to a silicon atom in the D unit in the molecule, and (b-4) a cyclic organic silicon compound containing a T unit in the molecule and having at least two cyclic ether groups in the molecule; and (c) a photocation polymerization initiator.
