A method for skincare comprises microdermabrasion, lymph drainage and the mechanical dermotony with the SHARM electric massagers containing the abrasive attachment, the ebonite attachment, and the ebonite fingers. At the stage of microdermabrasion, the dry cleaned skin is treated with the abrasive attachment circle-wise in horizontal plane without pressure at the vibration frequency of 70 Hz, with amplitude of 10 conventional units for 10-30 min holding the treated skin area with fingers. For lymph drainage, the ebonite attachment is used at the vibration frequency of 70 Hz, with amplitude of 7-10 conventional units for 10-30 min. For the mechanical dermotony, the attachment with the ebonite fingers grasps gently the skin fold providing for pinching and vibration massage at the vibration frequency decreased from 60 Hz to 10 Hz, with amplitude of 10 conventional units for 20-30 min. |
