The channel has a cylindrical channel body defining a longitudinal axis and a truncated cone-shaped outlet nozzle which is connected with the channel body at an end and extends away from the longitudinal axis with 80 to 90 degrees. An inlet funnel is connected with the channel body at the other end and moves away from the longitudinal axis with 45 to 55 degrees. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a system with a high-pressure charger; and (2) a diesel engine with one or multiple cylinders.
