The scanning micro-mirror includes a mirror which is arranged between a pair of first elastic bodies facing each other in a first direction; a gimbal which is connected to the mirror through the pair of first elastic bodies; a pair of anchors which are connected to the gimbal through a pair of second elastic bodies facing each other in a second direction; and a coil arranged on the mirror.
