摘要 FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: sleep pulse wave signal and limb movements are recorded with using a pulse wave sensor and an accelerometer fixed on a human body. RR intervals and a respiratory rate are measured on the basis of the pulse wave signal over the pre-set interval of time ?t. The derived values are used to determine mean - P, minimum - P, maximum - PRR intervals, mean square deviation of RR intervals - P, mean respiratory rate - Pand average quantity of limb movements - P. The function F(?t) is calculated: F(?t)=-KP-KP-KP+KP+KP+KP, wherein K-Kare weight coefficients describing a contribution of the relevant parameter to the function F(?t), and increments of the function F(?t) shows the beginning and termination of a sleep phase favourable to awakening.EFFECT: method enables determining the sleep phase favourable to awakening by recording the diagnostic values.15 cl, 6 dwg, 2 tbl
