PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle rental return machine for improving convenience of a user at an unmanned store and the like.SOLUTION: A vehicle lending return machine 1 includes a key rental return device 11 which is a key holding part. When returning a vehicle, by selecting a "thing-left-behind" button which is a predetermined operation, within first predetermined time T1 after a key of the vehicle is returned to the key rental return device 11, an opening and closing door 12 of the key rental return device 11, which holds the key, is unlocked. Until second predetermined time T2, the key may be returned to the key rental return device 11 free of charge, without imposing specific conditions, such as an additional fee. |
