PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring apparatus that accurately measures an input signal.SOLUTION: A measuring apparatus 100 that measures an input signal includes: a plurality of first comparators 110-1, 110-2, 110-3, and 110-M to each of which receives the input signal, has a common first reference level set, and compares the signal level of the input signal with the first reference level; and a cross timing detection unit 104 that detects a timing when the input signal crosses the first reference level, on the basis of comparison results of the plurality of first comparators. The cross timing detection unit detects a timing when the ratio of comparison results indicating a predetermined logic value, out of the comparison results of the plurality of first comparators, becomes a predetermined reference ratio. |
