A power device that is installed on a rotary prop, or in fixed way on bearing platform, has a body, at that the body has a confuser and diffuser and a cowl between those, horizontal turbine installed in the cowl in the device, this is mechanically connected to the hydraulic pump and through it - to hydraulic motor with generator, or any other mean suitable for connection of turbine to it; at that the device has hot less than two horizontal bucket turbines installed in the device in cowl between the confuser and the diffuser; the turbines have hollow bodies, and the buckets are made of light material and are placed in chess order and fixed to solid covering fixed to the frame of the turbine; at that the turbines are completely immersed to working flow and have due to construction of the device active and passive working phases; there between the confuser and the diffuser of the device splitter or cowl is placed, this due to construction splits the working flow to two equal parts with directing it to the buckets of the turbines; the confuser, cowl and diffuser have construction that forms working cavities for horizontal bucket turbines, there turbines at rotation have active phase of operation and passive phase of operation; at that the body of the device has small weight and is fixed to the axle that is placed in vertical position in the front section of the cowl in geometrical position with respect to the position of the center of weight of the device. |
