RESVERATROL SYNTHETIC RICE AND USE THEREOF

The present invention relates to a rice crop which biosynthesizes resveratrol of high concentration by inserting a resveratrol synthesis gene into the 12th chromosome of a natural rice crop in order to make the gene expressible, and to rice which is produced by the same. The present invention also relates to a health food composition for preventing and treating metabolic diseases, an animal feed composition, and a pharmaceutical composition which includes the rice which is obtained from the rice crop which biosynthesizes the resveratrol of high concentration by inserting the resveratrol synthesis gene into the 12th chromosome of a natural rice crop in order to make the gene expressible. The rice, which is produced from the rice crop which contains the resveratrol of high concentration in which a resveratrol enzyme is inserted, has an effect which is more excellent than a case of taking the same amount of resveratrol. The present invention can be widely used as food, feed, and medicines for preventing and treating metabolic diseases according to the production of the rice which can be used as food directly without a process of separating and extracting a separate resveratrol.
