PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable passing and standby operation in a section where radio communication is disabled at low cost even if the section is generated including a part or the whole of an interlocking control section.SOLUTION: Ground control means calculates a stop limit position for making a train enter a radio communication break set section including a part or the whole of a section where radio communication between ground radio communication means and on-train radio communication means is broken. Further, the ground control means calculates a stop limit position where the train reaches up to the position of the ground communication means or a stop limit position beyond the radio communication break set section for a train to travel in the radio communication break set section. Furthermore, the ground control means holds the position of a train which has its radio communication broken while partially or entirely in the radio communication break set section, and performs operation control over respective trains while regarding, as a presence position of the train, a position on an upstream side between the end position of the radio communication break set section in a train traveling direction and the stop limit position of the train. |
