The aroma and the flavor can be relished by mixing the dry powder with sashimi soy sauce as a handy seasoning and soaking the dry powder with the soy sauce. Besides, citrus vinegar can be taken out and stored by squeezing the fruit which is removed the epicarp, and rich flavor vinegar can be provided by mixing the citrus vinegar with the dry powder.
