PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transport a disk to a correct position.SOLUTION: There is provided a disk drive including: a chassis having an insertion slot into which a disk is inserted from an edge along an extension line of an inserting direction; two pins which are provided at the insertion slot across the extension line and move along the edge of the disk; two arm parts which can move in parallel with a main surface of the inserted disk and each of which holds one of the two pins; a switch that one of the two arm parts comes into contact with when the two pins are at an interval equal to or larger than a predetermined distance; and an energizing part which energizes the two arm parts so that the two pins come close to each other, the energizing part energizing one of the two arm parts which comes into contact with the switch with a stronger force than the other arm part. |
