PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control resource allocation so as not to cause overcommitment.SOLUTION: A computer management system secures resources from another virtual machine which will not fail to satisfy a policy value, so as to satisfy the policy value when an average use rate of resources exceeds the predetermined policy value in a virtual machine, and gives a change instruction to perform resource allocation so that the resource does not exceed a resource capacity of a physical server when the secured resource capacity is larger than surplus resources of the physical server in which the virtual machine receiving the resources exists. |
