<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inorganic polymer that gives an antifouling film having excellent antifouling property combined with slipperiness and strength, a coating material for forming an antifouling film containing the same, an antifouling film formed from the coating material for forming an antifouling film, a laminate of transparent material containing the antifouling film and a laminate of transparent material with antifouling and antireflection films.SOLUTION: The antifouling property-imparting inorganic polymer is produced by subjecting (A) a fluorine atom-containing organosilane compound represented by X-Si-R(X is an organic substituent containing a fluorine atom; and each of Rs, which may be the same or different from each other, is a hydrolyzable substituent or an OH group) and (B) at least one kind of silicon alkoxide compound to hydrolysis and co-condensation and has a mole ratio (A/B) of the organic silane compound (A) to the silicon alkoxide compound (B) of not less than 0.01 to not more than 0.4 and a number average molecular weight of not less than 500 to less than 1,000.</p> |
