摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device with a touch panel capable of reducing display failure of the liquid crystal display panel caused from a stress generated on the boundary between transparent resin layer and the liquid crystal display panel.SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display device includes: a liquid crystal display panel 1200; and a touch panel 1100 formed to cover a display plane 1201 of the liquid crystal display panel 1200. In the liquid crystal display device 1000 with the touch panel, the display plane 1201 on the liquid crystal display panel 1200 and the touch panel 1100 are bonded being interposed by a transparent resin layer 1400 having storage modulus of elasticity within a rage of 3000-18000 Pa.
