In the wireless communication system, a transmitting device transmits for each of a plurality of data streams a data block with associated identification information of the data block, which does not conflict between data streams. A receiving device performs synthesis of retransmission for an already received data block and a retransmitted data block to which the same data block identification information is associated, based on data block identification information associated with the received data block.
