PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-electrode welding equipment capable of preventing working efficiency of welding from lowering and capable of securing welding quality to the object to be welded by making it possible to weld to the object to be welded under a constant condition after starting arcs while making it possible to make a plurality of electrodes start the arcs at the same timing on an end tab. SOLUTION: The multi-electrode welding equipment having a plurality of electrodes 14a, 14b, 14c in which the height positions of distal ends of wires 16a, 16b, 16c are different from each other lining in an welding direction includes an end tab 6 with a shape in which the bottom is stepwisely raised to the heights corresponding to the height positions of the distal ends of the respective wires 16a, 16b, 16c as going to the backside in the welding direction by the number of steps according to the number of electrodes in the welding starting side end part of the object 2 to be welded, thereby the respective electrodes 14a, 14b, 14c start the arcs at substantially the same timing in the respective bottom parts 8a, 8b, 8c of the corresponding steps.
