PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce low-frequency noise in a cabin. SOLUTION: A vibration absorbing seal material 8 is provided so as to seal a space between a floor panel 2 and a center lower frame 6 except a duct 7. Thereby, the under-floor space A of the cabin 41 is divided into two spaces in the longitudinal direction, thus suppressing the noise propagated to the under-floor space A to generate air column resonance over the full length of the under-floor space A.
