<p>The device has a fixed evacuation tube (3) connected to a water evacuation pipe in a tank. An aspiration tube (4) is connected to a cylinder (5), and a piston (7) actuated by a pull rod (8) is placed in the cylinder for priming an inversed U shaped siphon. The siphon has an evacuation branch (13) and an aspiration branch (14) that are slidingly mounted with respect to the evacuation tube and the aspiration tube, respectively.
