摘要 The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method of detecting a sleep disordered breathing (SDB) by using a continuous blood pressure signal measured on sleeping, in which the continuous blood pressure signal is measured on sleeping, and a time point of the SDB and a respiratory effort degree are estimated. The present invention provides an apparatus for analyzing the SDB including an SDB operation unit for detecting an SDB event signal from a blood signal received from a blood pressure monitoring device of detecting the blood pressure on sleeping, and detecting an AHI from the SDB event signal. The SDB operation unit includes a low pass filter for detecting a low frequency component (LFC) signal from the blood pressure signal; a first envelope detector for detecting an envelope signal by applying a Hilbert transform to an output signal of the low pass filter; an instantaneous phase operating unit for finding an instantaneous phase signal from an output signal of the first envelop detector; a differential operating unit for differentiating an output signal of the instantaneous phase operating unit; and an SDB occurring time point detector for detecting a time point when the output signal of the differential operating unit is equal to or less than a first threshold value as a periodic pattern start time point, and determining the periodic pattern start time point as the SDB occurring time point if an LFC peak increased to more than a second threshold value within one minute is detected.
