The present invention relates to a function control system of an actuator and, more specifically, to a function control system of an actuator, which includes: a main substrate including a first main module for storing basic driving information of an electric motor to perform an additional option function of the actuator only by replacing a board without additional setting, as being able to design the structure of the actuator simply, and a second module for storing execution information as to the additional option function; and a replacement board which is formed to be able to be attached to and detached from the main substrate and has an option module including an execution program as to the additional option driving function, in the actuator operating a valve which opens and closes the flow of the fluid in an oil refining facility, a power plant, a reservoir, a pumping station, a flood gate for waterway, a dam, and the like. |
