The present invention provides a near infrared ray cooker which can prevent a substance such as smoke and oil, generated during a cooking process, from being directly attached to a user, and can enable the user to cook comfortably. The near infrared ray cooker includes: a cover body which is connected to a vent hole, and is formed in the shape of a hemisphere having an open bottom to cover at least the top of a grill; a main body which covers at least a lower side of the grill, includes supporting bars which support the main body from the ground, and has an open top; a near infrared ray transmitting part which is arranged inside the cover body and transmits near infrared ray to the grill; and a grill which includes a front side supporting part and a grip connecting part, supported by the main body, and rotates around the front side supporting part and the grip connecting part. The cover body covers the top of the main body so that smoke, generated when the grill is heated by the near infrared ray transmitting part, is discharged through the vent hole. |
